- Within a 15Km radius, we will not charge you for taking you to see the property.

- If the property lies beyond 15Km, we will charge you INR 250 per property shown.

- In the event that you rent/buy the property through Us, we will deduct the above charge from our brokerage/service charges.

Our service charges are as follows:

Property Transactions - Purchase/Sale of Immovable Property

- 2% of the property value for sale & purchase transactions to be paid at the time of signing the agreement.

Short Term Rentals - Below 11 months

- 10% of the total rental amount for property given on lease to be paid at the time of booking/signing agreement. [Ex: If you lease an apartment for 2 months for Rs.20,000/- per month. Thus, total rental/lease amount is: 2 months X 20000 = 40,000. Our brokerage will be, 10% of 40,000 = Rs.4,000/- only].

Long Term Rentals - Above 11 months [1 year]

- In the case of long term rentals, 1 months rental amount will be charged as our brokerage / service charges.

- For property that you buy or rent all payments are to be made directly to the owner, except in the case where rental properties are managed by us. Here all payments will have to be made to us.
