EXECUTIVE/ REAL ESTATE AGENT
To support our growth, Goan
Paradise a real estate firm, is seeking to appoint a Sales Executive. The position is based in our office in Goa and the person will
play a key role planning market strategies, managing the organization and
supporting sales activities within the region of Goa.
Work Assignments:
á
Updation of website
á
Sending replies to
clients who have registered on the website
á
Internet marketing-
postings and mailers
á
Sourcing and Calling potential
clients (sellers/buyers) to register/list on the website
á
Site visits to get
details of the properties
á
Assess clients need and
locate properties for their consideration
á
Showing clients the
properties as per requirement
á
Take prospective buyers
to inspect properties.
á
Advise on merits of
properties and terms of sale.
á
Draw up legal agreements
between vendors and buyers
á
Familiarize with local
zoning and property laws.
á
Arrange for title
searches and all necessary documentation to verify ownership etc from buyers/sellers
and do all necessary documentation/paper work concerning each transaction/deal.
á
Researching the real
estate market.
á
Administration- paying
of bills, rent collection, timely check on bill payments made by tenants,
proper filing of all necessary papers, record updation
etc.
á
Report to the owners on
the status of the property, expiration dates of leases, and other matters.
Follow up for renewal of lease.
á
Investigate and resolve
complaints from residents and tenants when services are not properly provided. Purchase
supplies and equipment for the property and repairs and maintenance of rental
property.
á
Any other job which we may deem fit within the scope of your
expertise.
Personal Profile:
á 2-3 years of relevant experience in real
estate business.
á Well
versed in computers including internet proficiency.
á 2-3yrs
of experience in real estate marketing
á Well versed with the places in Goa.
á Fluent in English & Konkani
á Good communication and leadership skills
á Maturity, good judgment, trustworthiness, and
enthusiasm for the job to attract prospective customers in this highly
competitive field.
á Well organized, details oriented and have a good
memory for names, faces, and business particulars.
á Proven ability to drive a task to great results
á Pragmatic and creative, self-starter, with
entrepreneurial drive and passion to succeed
Qualifications
HSSC with University degree will
be preferred.
Compensation
An attractive salary package will be negotiated
individually.
