To register, click on the 'Register With Us' link in the top menu as shown in the picture below:

This will take you to the 'New User Registration' form as shown in the picture below:

A sample of a filled form is shown in the below picture. Add as much detail as possible. After filling the form press the "Submit" button:

Pressing the "Submit" button creates your membership profile, after which you should receive the following message:

On signing up, you will automatically be redirected to the 'Login Screen' as shown below.

You may then enter your 'UserName' and 'Password' and login, or alternatively login from the login box in the home page as shown below.

Once you have logged in, you will automatically be redirected to the 'Add Property' form as shown below. Kindly wait a few seconds for the form to load fully.

Here you add details, whether you want to sell or rent your property, add a detailed property description, select a property type as shown below, add the address & city with the pin number. You also have to add the plot area and super built up area of the property. [ In case of apartments enter 'NA' as the plot area, & in the case of plots, enter 'NA' as the super built up area.] Fill the year of construction, ex: 2003.

In the next section of the form, you have to add the key distances of your property from the various services, like the airport, city center...etc. Also add any additional amenities that you may provide, as shown below.

In the next section of the form, shown below, you have to tick mark the various property amenities that you may offer. The more the amenities, the more you stand a chance of getting your property listed as a featured property.

In the next section of the form, shown below, enter short term rental rates that you may charge, in case you offer your property for shorter term rentals. This could be from a daily, weekly or monthly basis. A sample of typical short term rental rates is shown below.

 

Click the "Save" button on completion of filling the form. After a few seconds you should get the following message.

Hit the "OK" button, this will be followed by another message below.

Hit the "OK" button again and you will be directed to the image upload area after a few seconds as shown below.

Here browse through your computer to select the images that you want to upload and press the "Upload File" button. You will see the image in the top half of the section. After you have finished loading all the images, click on one image that you want to create as the default image. The 'default image' will appear in the search results. So select a very good looking image, as this image would help in drawing attention to users who search our website.

To view your uploaded property, click the 'My Properties' link in the left menu to see and list your uploaded properties as shown below.

Kindly note that as of now your property status will be shown as 'Unpublished' in the 'Status' column. Your property will be published on our website within 24 Hours. In the 'Manage' column there are three image links. The first image link from the left [ ] is to edit your property. The second image link [ ]will take you to the image manager for the said property and the third image link [ ] is to delete the said property.

In the 'My Wanted Properties' section, you can add your property requirements. To avail this feature you have to SignUp and be a member wit Us. The SignUp process is explained above. If you already are a member, then login with your username and password. Once you have logged in, click the 'My Wanted Properties' link in the member menu to the left, this will take you to the 'My Wanted Properties' page as shown below.

Here, you can add a new property requirement by clicking the "ADD A NEW PROPERTY REQUIREMENT" button as shown above. This will take you to the add property requirement form shown below.

After filling in the details, press the "Submit Your Property Requirement" button, after which you should receive the following message at the bottom of the form.

Your property requirements will appear in the 'Wanted Properties' section in the bottom menu. You may continue to browse the website or "Log Out" from the left menu.
