What kind of rental agreement do you offer?
An 11-month Leave & Licence agreement, which is the standard arrangement for long-term letting in Goa. The deposit and current rent are confirmed per property.
Where are the properties located?
Across Panaji, Old Goa and Marcela: Miramar and Patto within Panaji, Carambolim Lake in Old Goa, and Marcela a short drive from the city.
Do I have to go through an agent?
No. We own and manage these properties ourselves, so enquiries, viewings, the agreement and day-to-day maintenance are all handled by our own team.
Are the homes furnished?
Sarovar and Marcela Prestige Residential are offered fully furnished. Furnishing on other units is confirmed when you enquire.
Is high-speed broadband available?
Yes at Sarovar, House of Lords and Patto Business Centre. Connectivity at other properties is confirmed on enquiry.
Can I arrange a viewing before committing?
Yes. Site visits are by appointment and can be arranged through the enquiry form, WhatsApp or phone.
